Feeds your need Direct RSS link	Balance issues? Has anyone heard about balance issues associated with CGD? I remember reading some news results of CGD research that might have shown a link between CGD and some balance issues. The reason I ask is my daughter has started gymnastics and I've noticed her balance is not as good as the other kids in her group. She's very physically active so it's surprised me. BTW Elise is doing great. She's 7 (going on 30) and getting ready for 2nd grade. No major (or minor) CGD related problems to relate. Her biggest problem since being diagnosed has been negative reactions to various meds. I have always been a little uncordinated. I did have a period of time of dizzyness and loss of balance. It was just for a year or so. It was never diagnosed, but I didn't relate it to CGD. I was active in sports (many years ago!) and didn't have to much problem. I'm glad to hear Elsie is going good! That is such a fun age. Enjoy every day! Karen login or register to post comments
