Information for CGD Project![]() Hello to all my CGD family. I hope this finds you all in good health and happy. My daughter is 17 years old and has a major senior project to do. She has chosen to do her project on CGD awareness. The project consists of a very long paper as well as time spent on research, presentation, and a service. She would love to have any information from you all to include or just to gather information from for her paper. If you'd like to share and be willing to share any of your CGD story, please add it here or send it to my inbox. I also have email at connie11@hotmail.com. Thank you so much for your help in this. Every little bit of information we get out there could help save lives! In Friendship, Connie

Hi Connie, I have some information that I sent to another student about one year ago. There are a lot of links. I will send it by attachment to your e-mail. I am glad that your daughter will help others to be more aware of CGD. Tell your daughter good luck on her project and if she needs any other information to please contact me. Mary Hurley cgda@socal.rr.com www.cgdassociation.org ![]() Mary, Thank you so much! I just received your email. You have been a Godsend to so many of us in so many ways. Thank you from both Mandy and me. I'm sure it will be so helpful. I still do have many older newsletters and such that you were so kind to send when we were diagnosed. We're using much of that also. It's great to hear your sons are doing well. You and they are an inspiration to us all. Much Respect and Friendship, Connie One day at a time.... and smile. :) |

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that sent me photos, stories, and other valuable information for Mandy's project. It went GREAT and she not only did extremely well on the grade, but she passes on some VERY important information. With all your help, maybe this simple project saved a life or made a big difference in the early detection of CGD in our area.
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!
Connie
