I stopped working back in January of 2006. I finally realize that i must apply for disability. Something I've been putting off form quite a long time now. I have researched the process a bit . 

I just wanted to hear some stories and experiences and advice of how to get the paperwork rolling along.

I was up at UMASS MED CNTR in mid July for a two night stay. A new cough and high fever had caused the visit. I was treated with iv unasyn.

While I was there I spoke to a social worker about disability insurance. He said the process usually takes around three months and gave a phone number to me.

If anyone has some advice on the process it would be much appreciated.
